I know at least 3 Millers fans who have said they won't go to the play offs, the reason being, the come-down after what seemed like certain automatic promotion is just too great.

Anyone else feel the same?

I will go to playoffs but I do sort of understand why a few will give it a miss.

I will miss the play off final due to prior holiday commitments but like all Millers I am hoping that we will be automatically promoted.
Will always be my team no matter what. No ultimatums or conditions.

The same people will go to Wembley just like the same people who said i will not go to Wembley did if we get to the Papa Johns final .

I think being so close until Icky's OG and then the come-down of the play offs, must affect fans as well as the players

I will go to the final if we get there, i was going to drive over from germany for the Gillingham game but the total cost would be £500 and that is a bit too much.

This idea that the play offs would have been judged a success at the start of the season doesn't wash with me and it doesn't wash with a lot of people. It's like being offered a 'cash out' on a bet for 10k,not taking it, and cashing out at 500 quid later on and saying ,'well,at least I'm 500 quid better off than this morning'! We were 7 mins away from the Championship but Icky's OG shouldn't get us down because we will have no problem at Gillingham if we play like we did against Oxford and Sunderland.If we are in the play offs though it's not the freak OG that got us there....it's 1-2 V MK Dons, 0-3 V Shrewsbury, 0-1 V Charlton, 3-0 V Portsmouth and 2-0 V Burton that have.
