Rubbish. The fault for Struijks questionable performances lie solely with the coach at LUFC. Any player needs and deserves the support from their manager and club as long as they perform, and Struijk has and does.

A sending off DOESN'T destroy a players ability, it simply challenges the player and their coach/manager to address why they were penalised and act/support accordingly. If Struijk acts like the "rabbit in a headlight" the that lies with LUFC, nowhere else.

He needs and deserves 1st team game time, played in positions he is good at, not cloistered in the U23s or sat on the bench as an unused sub week after week

class central-defender from what I've seen in Leeds recent highlighted games on YouTube I've watched. I'm working full time now so only just been able to catch up on a few games as I've had a week off.

Main negative issue regarding him for me is that for PL he needs to be physically more muscular as he's easily been bullied off the ball by physical/niggling forwards this season on the deck & in the air. The Hammers pair Antonio & Bowen showed that in both games at West Ham.

His main positive & stand out attributes for me are his coolness & confidence on the ball & his natural desire to provide pin point forward passes - that aspect of his game for Leeds has been harnessed in far to much, so maybe he'll flow better under the JM regime. Pace is a great strength which he Defo has in abundance & I suspect he'll be taking more free-kicks next season. But to get a regular place if all goes well fitness wise for him then his workouts in the gym need to be upped as his frame is presently far to lightweight,IMO presently but like the others vying for central defence the experience playing DM will be of value experience wise.
