Is the Grimsby score a good sign for us?

Nottingham-born Danny Elliott with another goal. His scoring record at Boston this season makes him worthy of noting.

It's going to be interesting what happens with them. Will todays defeat and disappointment of not winning the title have a lasting effect or will it be a chance for them to take stock and focus their minds to go again two more times for the play-offs? They will have extra rest and recovery time than those of us who are playing the quarter finals.

Finishes 1-0 to us. Not stunning stuff, but job done.

This guarantees another ex-league club in the NL next season to go with Gateshead and Maidstone.
York v Boston in the final. 5th v 7th. So the home advantage didn't help there.

    Well done Notts.

The way things have gone over the past couple of weeks, I could really see us playing Solihull in the final. But Grimsby will be a tough enough test just to kick on. Sounded from their board like they rested a ton of players today.

Tough one. Them capitulating today is probably a good sign. They are not exactly flying into the Play Offs. But so many things can happen in the Play Offs, really hard to tell
