    It's a good job you're retired Grist as you would find that it's a prerequisite today in every managerial job, not just football.

    Rotherham. Signed, sealed, delivered as they say. Big week. Micheal Smith and Michael Ihiekwe both signed new deals, reportedly 3 year deals. Marlon Fossey along with Cohen Bramall set to be announced as well
