Far too conservative when challenged over Cole Stockton, something just didn't seem to sound right.

Had nothing but heaps of praise for Stockton and how he was probably the most difficult forward to come up against last season. His goal achievement and good overall player........so why don't we bloody sign him?!!!

Is there a medical reason? Is it the lack of funding? His Stockton not a real nice hooman being? It all sounds like there's a barrier there but it can't or won't be revealed. Warney finished off by swiftly moving on and wouldn't be drawn on the question. Maybe it's because Paul the Miller raised the question
