Heard a rumour yesterday that Bournemouth are sniffing round Vickers and have tabled a bid that doesn't meet our value of him. We're apparently trying to sign Alex Runnarsson from Aresenal as his replacement.
Also heard that the free agent midfielder has just been released by forest and we've also tabled a record bid for a striker aswell as trying to bring in another one on loan.

Not hard beating £400,000 but it does show progression by the Chairman if it does come off. Fingers crossed on that one. Two extra strikers wouldn't hurt at all.

Eaves going to be out at least another 2-3 weeks then there's getting him up to match fitness. Kayode, sorry this lad is too lightweight for this division as much as Warne heaps his praises on him. He too is going to be out a long time and again he will require bringing up to match fitness. Get him 100% fit and loan him out to a good league 1 club.

As strikers, that leaves us with Washington, Kelly, Eaves and possibly two more up front. I suppose Warne is going bust with 5 strikers but now you can use 5 subs in a match, that will give us more healthier options starting, during and late on in a game. Sounds good.

Aye assuming we can get em Brin! I've not a clue who these strikers are prob a good thing we are keeping it shtum. The last couple of players signed have come out of the blue. Warne did say yday that one of the strikers wanted time to make a decision which suggested he was talking to another club. Think Warne was hinting we might lose that one. Also said he wasnt expecting any signings this week and hinted if it was one it would be a freebie midfielder. Somebody on twitter saying forest are releasing a midfielder so dunno who that may be and if it could be him.

IF we are bringing in yet another Midfielder aren't we over loading that area? Barlaser, Rathbone, Lindsay, Odoffin, Wiles how many more do we want? Or is it imminent that Wiles is definitely leaving? If so it makes sense.

...seen it mentioned that the forward is Ashley Fletcher from Watford. He's asked for more time to think over the move here, that means he'll only come if there's nowt else......not our good human being by the sounds of it....move on.

I’m sure you’re aware Brin ? that Joe lolley played most of his career as a wide man ! Including when he played against us and scored against us for Huddersfield, a type of Miller player or Malik Wilks type can play both flanks and 10 !!
