Not sure any of us know the answers but I'm sure Tony has quite a clear idea. I've loved the last decade and for what I think he's prepared to invest whilst keeping us safe, we have over achieved by some distance and enjoyed(and endured) a far from boring ride with Warne at the helm. Long may that continue as we are only resignation/sacking away from what could be another decade of relative obscurity.
I think a recurring question is to what extent are we willing to trust Tony with his financial management. In one who thinks he has the best interests of the club at heart, although I'm sure ego kicks in also! Clearly some on here don't trust him and think we should invest more, some think we could do better than Warne etc. A long life of following the millers tells me to be careful what I wish for...
Wasn”t the last marquee signing we made the hospitality lounge in new stand at millmoor…
Well I trust him
As for fans, it’s easy to chance somebody else’s money
To gauge where we are though, we have a cautious chairman with like minded board members and a cautious management team.
All risk averse, so without major changes nothing much will change
But we will still have a team to support every week and not some form of football basket case.
Rumoured Rotherham loan target Kyle Joseph talking to Sheffield Wednesday and Oxford.
The use of the word embarrassing so frequently when discussing the club does irk me somewhat. It probably shouldn't but the club aren't embarrassing, far from it. We should all be proud of what we achieve given our budget / attraction, not feel embarrassed.
