Might be a way to exploit our fitness advantage - harder to run and more draining on longer grass.

Used to play a lot of football and rugby and rugby has much longer grass and was a lot harder stamina wise - not sure if that is it but in this era of marginal gains?

Yes, I agree. Could very well be true.

So we beat Chelsea 3-0 without Bamford, Raphinha, Phillips, Ayling or Dallas. We won with Meslier, Koch, Llorente, Struijk, Harrison, Dan James, Rodrigo, all of whom were around when we lost 3 -0 to Chelsea at elland road last season. Football is a strange game. I wish we could remind Chris Sutton and Agbanlahor who said that we would be relegated. Before Soton game Sutton even reminded us of his prediction, and predicted that Soton would beat us to keep his relegation prediction intact. How daft is that?!

Big difference was how solid we were in the middle - early days but Adams and Roca look a very good central pair

Yes, agreed. They both are strong on the ball. Also, I have to say that Koch has played well in all 3 games. Always been good with the ball and in the air. Reasonable on the tackle too. Just doesn't always cover that well. But this season is better. Aaronson is the type of player Bielsa wanted. His Tevez. After Saiz left, Bielsa never truly replaced him. Tried to get the Rodrigo from Udinese but didn't pan out. Then the German guy who actually came for Medical but Bielsa decided against because of mentality.

And where was Kalvin Phillips? Didn't even get off the bench when they were 3-1 down at the barcodes.

Very quickly becoming the forgotten man - probably needs to wait for injuries to get starts.

Tyler Adams means in JM system we don’t miss him as much as I feared.
