I liked Clarke too but with Okay, Swift and Wallace on board and Dike injured our priority now has to be a striker. As for Bartley (and Livermore and Zahore etc) it would be great to get rid to free up some money-but who on earth would take them?

Ajayi has cost us 4 goals already this season, I would say we need a centre half as well.

It's just another stupid mistake that this club has made, along with many others. To be honest, the squad looks paper thin, and not just in the striking department, the central defence lacks depth as well. Any injuries and we're in real trouble. Mind you, what do you expect when an owner's only ambition is to asset strip the club and have no interest at all in the football? The man is a disgrace.

Clarke is a great defender but if I had only wages to spend, I wouldn’t be targeting centre backs either. O’Shea and Ajayi are good at this level and deserve a run of games between them.
We’ve done superb business with the three signings but need another three…attacking mid to compete with Swift, a striker and right back.
