But, why tho James? Was it the manager? Was it the players? Was it the system? Was it,just going back to a formation we were pretty happy with ? Strange indeed.

In saying that..On that pitch, against that team... I would take it all day/night long.

Shame for JR , but............. there must have been a huge problem.

Not sorted in the slightest, but.... no quite sure how long this tunnel is, I see a wee glimmer in the distance. (and I really do mean, distance...)

It may be a cliche but losing is a good habit to break and where better than on a hoodoo plastic pitch. Maybe a turning point.

Sounds like several players had good games including Behich Watt McGrath and Fletcher.
Plus the keeper saved a certain equaliser.

Great win tonight, but does not matter a jot if we dont consolidate that with a result at the weekend to kick start our season.

Nope we won and its Killie away, would be ironic if we get to Hampden on the back of two wins on plastic lol

    Fun at Ibrox, shame

Yip. Season starts on Saturday. They had a good win tonight albeit with 2 pens and an og so they'll be up for it so we need to be on our toes and fight and scrap for every ball.

Definitely, Saturday is more important but what tonight does is give confidence and belief, not only in the players but fans that we can go and win against other teams at this level, Motherwell away and Hibs at home are both winnable

Maybe we won't need to go looking for a manager either if things go well

And a win with Eriksson in goal and Behich in the team, well well well

What a crazy month August has been

Its one win! If those players go into the weekend with a smirk on their face from confidence or belief from that one win, a team like top 6 Motherwell will wipe that smirk right off our face in minutes. I really hope whoever is running the team just now is able to keep the good feeling in check so we dont turn up thinking its joab done or we are back to square one!

I know you dont rate the mentioned players too much, and i dont think they are the best either, but they must be thinking WTF have we got ourselves into here and they need time to bed themselves in.

Goalkeeper situation still gives me the fear, comment from a Livi fan on p and b
"-f**k me Eriksson is ****. No idea why we didn't test him out more"

Positive in that he wasn't getting tested though, thats definitely different from recent games

So sh1te he kept us the 3 points with a good save though?

After we lost 9(nine) nil to Celtic you went into absolute meltdown about Eriksson and several other regular posters disagreed with you about his part in the 9 goals. Yet you didn't criticise any other aspect of the defeat, you didn't criticise any of the defenders and you didn't criticise any of the pathetic midfield which allowed Celtic to walk onto our back 4.

Your obsession with Eriksson is weird.

    Let's wait and see?
