Unlike our previous manager Matty Taylor has a presence. He stands up all through the game. He doesn't wait till it's too late to change things. Couldn't have got a better manager we can afford. January hope he can bring in 2 or 3 signings, that's all we need.

Also got us playing the passing game not lumping the ball up most of the time.

I'm very happy with our new manager. whilst I was happy with the previous one i was never totally convinced with him tactically.
Taylor seems, upto yet, to have the ability to change the game and set up to suit.
He speaks well and shows passion and the football is good to watch.
