Under 21 Coach - Elliot Dickman - has left

Under 21 coach has gone - reading through the lines of the statement on website - I'd say we released him and told him he'd be fired if he didn't accept.

Can't blame them really, spending all this money on young and upcomming talent and our Under 21 coach isn't doing well.

Be exciting to see who is in next.

I suspect it will be someone who can really bring youth on rather than just keep them in the holding pattern they seem to be currently.

It's a shame for him but, in the bigger scheme of things, we need someone who can take the younger players to the next level.

.....deserves to be fired for his name alone.

A vibrant youth set up can be a revenue stream. I'm sure thats not lost on anyone.

Just had a look, he's only won 5 games out of 21 (drawn 2 of them)

Fantastic player...sadly not a very good coach.

I'm sure Ashworth will have a gem lined up.

The whole club structure is being overhauled. The new young development team will be the best of the best

I'll wager they've had a top man lined up for a while. It's just a matter of timing.
