    Manchester derby

Are we hoping for a City win? A draw wouldn't be too bad for us i guess....

depends on what your thoughts are for the season.

Some people think City will win the league, so if thats the case, they may as well win.

If Man Utd fans are to believed, they have turned the corner ( although they have played against nowt ) we want a draw to keep both clubs close to us

personally, i hope City win, they have a much better squad than us, they are not privileged tarts like Man Utd fans, Arsenal

fans are 1 step away from Man Utd fans.

Id rather come 2nd to City than 4th behind Arsenal and Man Utd - their fans would be even more unbearable than they have been for the last 2 decades. They are basically Liverpool from the 80's living through the 90's and 2000's

City win all day long. I know too many Manu fans who think they are back to the Fergie days, with Rashford the new Ronaldo.

They are on a good run, but not played any top teams for a while.

Loads of big games this weekend.

    Newcastle v Fulham
    Brighton v Liverpool
    Spurs v Arsenal

I hope City smash them. Man U need this particular good form and positive vibes bubble popped as soon as. They've got too much forward momentum as it is and a derby win would only make it worse.

    Agreed.

We're not going to finish ahead of City, we could easily finish ahead of Man Utd.

I’m hoping city stuff them, getting far too cocky, Manu and Liverpool are our competition for a top 4 finish so every loss helps. I think we will finish 5th unfortunately, our thin squad will catch up with us eventually. If we make some signings in Jan then that would change my outlook considerably, fingers crossed.

RE: Signings............Eddie was keeping his cards close to his chest in the pre-Fulham press conference as always. I'll be more surprised if we don't sign anyone as the owners, directors, Eddie etc must realize how important momentum is and understand what a great position we're currently in. I think we'll sign a Maddison, Mac Callister, Diaby or a player of similar quality towards the end of the window

I thought Eddie was pessimistic about signings, highlighting the difficulty of finding the right players in this window. We certainly won’t be signing anyone for the sake of it.
