I know, but back to the original point, he is an option that we now don't have. The midfield is now very thin, whereas before it was probably the strongest (number wise) in the squad.

But he hasn't been an option for years. If we decided, he's fit now so he's an option in midfield then that's a big mistake.

Yes Ross appointment was today disaster both on and off the park, what most fans wanted so can't now be thrown at the club

Fox will keep us up imo which would be job done, even with the current unlucky spell with injuries and poor decisions

Would be interesting to see what some of the more critical fans will say if we end up staying up and get a run to the final (worse Utd sides have got to the final in worse seasons)... In fact most seasons at the turn of the century we were lucky to be on our current pts total by the split most years, only changed after Levein took over and changed the club
