[QUOTE=Arblasterfromthepast;40216381]Bread and butter with tinned fruit? That's as bad as the Wigan folk who have pies in a QUOTE]
TINNED FRUIT WAS A LUXURY IN THEM DAYS WHERE I LIVED ON THE COUNCIL ESTATE BREAD WAS TO FILL YOU UP YOU DIDN'T GET MUCH OUT OF 4 SHARING A CAN
Anymore of that fruit Barbara ?
I'm not opening another tin just for you Twiggy.
Your ahead of the curve on scarves Shads.
New Revenue Officer Flatman has announced on the Official Site a "Scarf Day" for the Derby game. Fans can buy a Reds scarf from the Club Shop for £15 and proudly wear it for the game.
Revenue Officer Flatman knows the latest marketing jargon. The Scarf Day will happen---
"after collaborative talks with supporters groups in recent weeks to fully engage with the fanbase and get everyone on board with such an activation".
( Apparently to be on trend the scarf should be worn with a final horizontal flourish loosely across the neck with the end hanging over the back of the shoulder. Wearing it "Parekh style" hanging straight down is so last year.)

Edit--"Your" should , of course, read "You're" in Post 17 above.
Apologies for any offence caused.
You have made me smile SB , I of course will be sporting my new scarf which I will half fill with stiff cardboard & have it sticking out horizontally from the right hand side of my neck, thus supporting the reds & at the same time impersonating a world war 2 pilot !! The only downside of course is that my scarf might block out the view of the match for my grandson who sits immediately to my right .
