I assume he is still being paid by his old club. If we have tabled a bid for him he must be still under contract. Surely he cam train with us as long as we are not paying him because technically he isn't in work.

There might be insurance risks if he trains with us
What if he sustains a serious injury which wouldn’t be unusual atm considering our casualty ward
Is he our player or is he still an employee of his parent club? Probably the latter because his contract with us won’t be valid unless he’s allowed to live and work here

He must be doing some fitness training on his own though. Gym / running in Wickersley woods
