In years to come this will be talked about as 'the signing that never was' - we can always bring in another one with a history of injuries...

Thing is, just how embarrassing are we highlighted as a club?

Another year another joke aimed solely at our feet.

Maybe he is here waiting for the red tape etc but come on for crying out loud. Other clubs have brought multiple players in, what IS our problem?

I think see where we are as a club at the end of the transfer window. I gave the chairman a big well down in January for making the money available for the loan signings that helped keep us up . I won’t criticise him for now .

    I tend to agree StovicMiller.

However, given the state of our squad I am very disappointed there are no incomings. I think Paul Davis definition of good news differs to mine, particularly given the season is now well underway. Sorry but Kayode is not the answer at this level. If he proves me wrong great.

I hope kayode proves a lot of us wrong, it would be great for us, the player and the manager if a season for us coming off the bench, starting in cup games allowed him to develop and become a championship level player, just like yates has done a player we obviously let go too early, however hindsight is a wonderful thing. I don't think kayode should go out on loan yet, give him a chance until january to play a part, however we need a goalscorer and i think that means TS will have to spend a bit more than he wants to, otherwise we will not score enough goals
