New Accounts for Tickets

Hi

New to this site and Notts County in general, I've been to a couple of games with a mate recently and wanted to start going with other friends (my mate doesn't go to many games). I cannot register a new account online as I get met with the following message;

Sorry, at the current time you are not able to register a new client.

Any ideas why? do I need to go to the ticket office in person first?

FYI - this is for an account to buy tickets.

Maybe new account sign-up is suspended while Mansfield tickets are on sale, as they're for home fans only. Unless you're a Mansfield fan, in which case you already know this. Give the ticket office a ring.

That makes perfect sense, I didn't consider that. I'm not actually interested in the Mansfield game, more interested in the Tuesday games (Swindon / Derby / Newport) due to work. I shall call the office and see what's going on. Thank you good sir.

Ah right, didn't see why it would matter if you had to have a purchase history (for Stags), so probably to stop Wrexham fans buying a ticket for Swindon etc so they can get a purchase history.

Update - New supporters will be unable to register an account for new tickets online until after the Mansfield Town game, however tickets for upcoming games (ex. Mansfield Town) can be gotten through the ticket office, they'll also set your account up.
