Let's not forget that he makes untold runs into space but never gets the ball played to him.! Yesterday should have been ideal for him as they were doubling up on the wing backs and tracking the overlaps. The ideal ball would have been inside for langstaff to run onto, run with or hold up for crowley, mcgold or jumbo in my limited opinion.

Yesterday Wrexham stopped those type of crosses by doubling and trebling up so we put floated crosses in where not much joy was had .
7 to me would be better as base and Macca getting a 6.5 would have been fairer and sorry Nemane was never a 4 very unjust - 4 is a stinker and Nemane certainly didn’t have that.
Things didn’t always come off for him and Crowley because as above but it wasn’t because of effort - there was probably only .5 of a mark between both of them and Crowley wasn’t a 4.5 but Nemane seems to have become the latest scapegoat,Slocombe,Baldwin and Cameron survived yesterday
Things didn't come off for Nemane agreed. But he didn't even get short simple passes right yesterday. They are the basics and the building blocks to create opportunities and/r retain possession. You are obviously more generous of spirit, but I obviously expect more.

It’s details in our play that will leave the likes of Mansfield..Wrexham and Stockport to take points from us..we’ll take points from the rest more often than not. We’ll sit comfortably in the top 7 all season and I’ll be very happy with that.
It was definitely fortunate when does a shot hit someone’s back and go 7 foot in the air and loop into the net - Lee could hit that another 9 times hit Dalby’s back and it would bounce back into the mix not even troubling the goal.
Yes we could have cut the shot out but there was a big element of luck with it - Jones and McGoldrick got a few shots in during the game that Wrexham allowed them to but unfortunately we didn’t get a lucky deflection.
If the goalscorers panel revisit that goal it’s Dalby’s not Lees

I would say giving Baldwin just a 5.5 yesterday is the mark that looks most off to me.

But it's a game of opinions and all are valid whether viewed over the interweb, on TV or in person at the lane.

Nemane was a little disappointing but not as disappointing as Adebayo-Rowling was recently when playing wingback. Not really fair to compare either to Mr Jones who has been sensational for most of the season .

He is becoming a scapegoat because most are now seeing what he really is.. A ten minute wonder...

Considering 6 is the baseline, id say 5.5 is more than warranted for him; he missed the only decent chance he had and I can imagine he had the least touches of any notts player too.
Langstaff is second top of the L2 goalscoring charts. He's spearheaded two promotions in two seasons and is on course for 30 goals this season. Below par or not he could still have had a couple yesterday.

I know it's a messageboard board for opinions but you gave Nemane 3.5 and called Cameron a moron in pre season. We're in the top three with a massively stretched squad and I just don't get your negativity and seeming joy at the chance to get the knives out.

I'll certainly stand by awarding Nemane a 7/10. He might have been our best player in the first half. And it was good to see, because he had a poor few weeks after a really solid first month.

The advantage this year when assessing players is that the full film is there on ifollow. There would be a very long list of his positive contributions. He went off the boil in the 2nd half but it was still a surprise to me when he was subbed so early. I assumed it was fitness-related in some way.

I had him as a very good 7, pushing the MoM candidates (I didn't think anyone was a 8/10 yesterday). But the ball through the legs leading to a goal has to dock a point off, so it was an average 6 for me in the end.

Nemane was no worse than Langstaff, he missed an absolute sitter and there were a couple of other moments where his decision making was poor. Facts are Nemanes been ok this season, nothing more nothing less, TAR was poor against Newport so hard at the moment to justify him ahead of Nemane.
Durham wants one of our own players to fail just to make himself feel better after being vilified by other posters not agreeing he’s the 10 minute wonder he labels him as (obviously wasn’t at Wembley) which for me is a bit sad to see. Finding scapegoats is nothing new as isn’t people still finding as many faults as possible even when the overall picture is very good.
