    Jordan Beyer £3,000

Do you think on todays performance each player has earned their weekly wage because I dont. However, I actually think VK has lost the plot altogether in fact I would go as far to say he has lost the players they simply did not perform and those that think we improved in the second half it was only due to Everton dropping off ans simply managing the game which they did effectively. Bottom line the players has no passion or drive they are incapable of mixing it at this level, they are like a set of babies who dont know what to do. I think the problem is that VK has killed the team that won promotion there are very few in the team that was part of the promotion team. I also seems that VK is simply a coach but it is a manager we need who can inspire, cajole and manage the many personalities. His man management must be poor because the players do not know what and how they should be playing

Surely Jordan Beyer is on more than £3000?

The £3k for Beyer is clearly a nonsense, but the rest of them are possibly reasonable estimates and the overall total comes to somewhere around what I believe our wage budget currently is. Whether they earn it or not is another matter, but by PL standards our players are not big earners, so maybe it's no surprise we are where we are, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.

The wage bill has been drastically cut back Balan, it's about half of what we were paying a couple of years ago.

....and still can be cut back further! On Rishtons recreation's ground, well, I think the lads still play football there, I am sure 5 quid would do each game, as a payment.(sign all willing Lancashire lads who would love to play) I am all for cutting back on wages, do they deserve a wage these lads? (We are heading towards the 2nd division!!!) '' Do unto others as thou shalt be done!'' (or something like that ? )I would say ''Win a game = get paid !''Loose a game = walk home ! Vincent is not tough enough! ( I would separate the lambs from the Bison!)
A manager has to be a genius! An example.
In Israel we play 7 a side, but we were asked to play 11 a side (Where do I get at least 5 more players from? Ok I will find somehow ) After about 30 mins we were 3-1 down. One boy (not so good as a player stood by me on the line) ''Let me play, he asked, again and again'' 3-1 down and he wants to play?? If I take someone out and replace him with this lad ???? The lads will think I have lost it. Then what to do? I told him to go down the touch line and watch for my hand signal. A few mins later I called a lad the furthest away from me,(outside left) so all watched him come to me, running . Then by my hand signal I waved the lad down the touch line onto the pitch. As the lad playing outside left came to me I told him to shoot more ,shoot more and sent him back. So we had 12 players on the pitch ,nobody noticed and still we lost!!!!
