Thank god for a smidgin of balance Sinkov, we need to stay behind VK and the team not slag them off all the time.
I understand the frustration but not the abuse of VK and the team - I remember watching a whole lot of dross for a few seasons under Dyche - some seem to think being in a game for periods made us stronger but to me we just defended for 75_80% of games and hoped for a set piece to try and get a point or three if we were very lucky.
We create a lot more chances now than under Dyche but we can’t convert them.
I guess it’s horses for courses but I’d rather watch us now than then - even if we are getting beaten.
Sub you have your opinion and that is respected but do not infer I do not support the team and club and yes you are right that I do not know what is going on off field but you don't either. As for the 11000 who really want to go and watch well I and my family will be part of those 11000 who will watch in the Championship and below as I have since 1964 so your opinion is accepted but dont make a comment about me because you know nothing about my position as a supporter. Simply just shut up being a supercilious idiot - look the word up and that describes your rant about me.
Oh dear Lancaster, I made a general post about many 'fans' not supporting the team as a result of your post. Not once did I refer to you or your post, it was a general statement because of what I have been reading on social media, including this board.
Did I disagree with anything you posted ---NO. Did I call you names or infer anythnig ---NO. However, you have resorted to insults both as to my character and also my education.. Ah well, such is life.
Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and don't worry about the football.
I'm not being wise after the event Lancaster, many besides me were saying the summer window signings were bizarre and a recipe for disaster and it was no surprise to me that we were never in many of the earlier games against the top, teams in this league. In the previous four games we did seem to be making some progress but Everton was a backward step and no mistake, I'll give you that. I'm hopeful we can get back on track again at Fulham, but if we throw the towel in down there, then I agree, we are in serious trouble, we'll see.
I understand your frustration but I think you are being harsh Lancaster.Dont forget how many PL managers were sacked after their game against BFC under Dyche. His teams and tactics make the opposition look bad.We have a very young squad and were playing at players who for the most part are at their physical peak in the best league in the world.
I have just watched VK`s presser and he openly said that in 3-4 years time he wants this team to be able to compete at top end of the PL-and if that means having to go down like Fulham did then so be it-they will come back stronger. We have some real gems in the squad which after another couple of windows will be as VK envisioned. We are years ahead of the original plan.Promotion last year was a welcome bonus. However going back down will not be the disaster many on here think.VK and the players will have experience in the PL and know what it takes to be competitive.
I, for one do not mind the Championship and I strongly believe we will be better placed(without a team of loanee`s) to get back to the PL much stronger. It is all part of life`s rich pageant and certainly not worth losing sleep over.UTC.
Chin up Lancs.... Your very passionated about The Clarets as we all are...
My wife has a brilliant idea to spur the team on, get JJ Watts to do the team talk, pre, halftime and post game...
As BT says ,he's a winner, that should spur the lads on through sheer fear....![]()
Typical supercilious comments and your sarcastic inferences say it all. I don't care if you agree or disagree with anything I have posted because you clearly think you can dance around your own comments and attempt to make remarks that try to make you look as though one thinks one is superior to others. Trying to show one is above another is something for you to continue or not.
