I had issues with mine. It took me 3 attempts to sort it as I pay for my sons too. I ended up going down to the shop. I think it’s all sorted now I’ll know when I turn up and someone is in my seat I guess. 😊

Hi folks. Grateful for some help with this. If you have renewed your season ticket, can you see your seat details in your ticketmaster account?
I can’t see anything in view tickets,manage tickets, reserved tickets, season subscriptions etc. that says I’ve bought my season ticket. Yet my friend can. My account is active as it’s let me link family and friends.
Club have confirmed I’ve paid in full, but have offered a reason of ‘This will probably not show on your side on the app until the season tickets have been released. Customers would only see their seats once the actual season tickets are released in July.’ Even though I sent them a screenshot of it clearly showing in my friends account!!
So that doesn’t seem a valid reason.
So just wondering what everyone else can see, to determine if it’s a generic occurrence or an issue just with my account that I need to press them to resolve. If I have some evidence of what a bunch of other people can see that would help. If you can’t see yours either I’ll worry about it less.

TBH…..i’m not surprised. Glitches in the past and had trouble getting mine done. Most of the time it is OS and browser incompatibility or glitches.
Just because we have joke of a company (TM) in the background makes little difference. If you get my drift, it just makes it more likely.
It’ll be weeks or months.
Remember the last system change over?….the queues at the turnstiles.
I haven’t checked whether the seat is “available”. It makes no odds. The timeline of purchase is the key, especially since you are renewing.
However, it still needs to show up as completed. So, I would act upon it.
Why don’t you have it separated? It may have something to do with it.

I have just checked mine. The only info, other than THE EMAIL YOU RECEIVED to show any DD payments which would be taken or the till receipt or online full ST debit card payment is ALL that is available to have or see.
Pathetic really, they couldn’t organise the proverbial. The whole IT of the e ticketing is amateur in the extreme. Convoluted, slow to use, non logical, like something from the computer dark ages.
I am sure it is all like that, they don’t have a clue why, may not even know. But, if one of you has noticed and had it sorted out in the shop, why oh why has there not been an email put out to everyone?
If it appears like this for people who have gone the full payment route, then it has nothing to do with DD payments that kick in after July 1st.
I would suggest waiting until that date, as everything (may) update at that point.
There is no reason or rhyme to how the system works. It’s a shambles…..just wait for the kick off.
