    Shat-Cliff's latest statement

Ratcliffe has now admitted he is still “getting used” to the Premier League - while advocating for the bigger clubs to have more power. He told Bloomberg: “I’m still quite understanding how the Premier League works. I think everyone has an equal vote.

“There used to be, I believe as it was explained to me, a coalition of the six major clubs would have a certain level of influence. But that broke down after the European Super club (League) initiative.

“They need to be careful that the top six clubs are not disadvantaged because they don’t get a reasonably strong say in that committee. At the end of the day, it’s those top six or seven clubs that drive the Premiership and are what the world is interested in.

He's totally wrong all clubs in the league have always had an equal vote.

Nice to see he did his due diligence on the rules. what a silly 71 year old man.

Moreover he's totally wrong, the world watches the premier league as it the other 14 that make the competition so strong and interesting to watch. Without them it's Scottish football.

Ain't no body got time for that!

    "a reasonably strong say"

is he fucking stupid??? As if they haven't got that already!

We've just had to sell a very talented Academy graduate and an exciting prospect to satisfy the rules that are designed to protect exactly those clubs he's talking about!

Any more of a say and they'll be deciding which colours we can wear and how often we can train.

    ffs

The whole super league fraudulence include the corrupt 6 being able to decide who could buy other clubs, have double votes & vetoes to totally control the Premier 'feeder' league which it would essentially have become under the super league.

    Hes talking about that level.

No one cares about the red filth anymore. They are losers. Not been a top side for many years now and with villa and Newcastle on the rise that dynamic will not change.

I'm delighted to see them in turmoil and I do hope they get worse, fail bigger each season.

I really hope they f**k up their transfer window… and we really don’t have to push the boat out to let them have Ashworth early given regardless of what happens with the transfers today, the compo for Ashworth won’t be incoming in time for the deadline… so let’s piss then about and take Ashworths indiscretions on emails to tribunals and court to hold up any move.

Also… who the f**k takes someone who sounds like Ozzy Osbourne after a 48 hour session seriously? 😉

It's amazing - the fact he has verbalised what we all knew - will have annoyed the other cartel memebers.

He really did think he was going to come in and dictate what happens because he's Man Utd.

We can just watch and wait to see how badly things pan out for them but we're all living in hope!

He's a muppet plan and simple.

First the tax payer needs to pay for his new stadium (this is a man who moved his residence to Monaco to avoid paying tax in the UK), then he thinks he can tap up employees under contract at other clubs and get them for virtually nothing and now this?
I hope no one takes anything this clown suggests seriously?

Just shows you how dirty politics is. They wish they were living in Monaco. Scumbags the lot of them
