Perhaps Turkey could do a Greece 2004 and surprise everyone, they have the enthusiasm.

That was a really enjoyable match and that last minute save was brilliant. Credit to the portuguese ref too.

Army88 is right we might just nick this, only the Spaniards are in our way.

Get a grip mon ami, there's a much bigger obstacle to us winning this than Spain, or any of the others, it's called Gareth Southgate.

From what I'm reading mon ami, inside the English camp the lads are saying, "Pfhuck Southgate the handbrake is coming off!"

Can't say I'm surprised mon ami, the players must be as sick as the fans of his nonsense. The England RU team sacked off head Coach Brian Ashton at the 2007 WC, they were so bad in the first couple of games they told him they'd sort it themselves and to keep out of the way. It worked, they got the final and came close to winning it.

UEFA obviously think more of English referees than English fans do.
Two appointments for Friday's quarter finals and Anthony Taylor refereeing Germany v Spain and Michale Oliver refereeing France v Portugal.
That will be 7 games out of 46 officiated by English officials. Michael Oliver will be refereeing his fourth game, which is the limit for any of the officials at the Tournament, and this leaves Anthony Taylor with an outside chance of another game depending on England's progress.
It seems likely that Daniele Orsato of Italy will be chosen for the final with Italy having been knocked out.

If I was down to my last 16 euros, I'd be concerned.
