I heard the SPFL have allowed them to forfeit their home fixtures and still get the three points.

My guess would be that paying season ticket holders would miss out? The only reason I could think of for not being able to do as you suggested. Sounds like a great idea to me!

I don't know which part of the stands is being worked on, maybe it's unsafe for matches to be played while there's scaffolding and that everywhere.
