I've seen loads of goals like our 2nd allowed. I'd argue it was offside but it's probably down to opinion wheras a ball over the line is fact

Only seen the two most contentious moments. Ridiculous decisions. Classic examples of why we need VAR…but…SithHappens…no need to get downhearted but I do think we’re going to need a result against QPR.

I'm not, I thought we played ok and competed with a likely play off contender.

Still maintain we won't be in a relegation battle.

Sorry…I know you’re not…I was just using your word play to avoid swearing.

Decent game to watch. 42% possession is our 2nd highest of the season. IMO we may well have stuffed them was it not for a plethora of errors by our players.... and the officials. There were way too many poor passes from us and had we been more accurate with them and, occasionally, not tried to take time on the ball we didn't have, the result may well have been completely different.

The officials were appalling, and that's being kind to them.

0-1. Ball out of play for a goal kick, not given, ball crossed and Sainz put it away. Should have been disallowed.
1-1. Good goal, no reason to disallow it.
1-2. Good goal, no pressure put on Sainz who put it away well
1-3. Ball went over the line, again not given, they break out and score although I have a suspicion VAR might have done Sainz for having half a toenail offside. Two reasons to disallow this one.
2-3. VAR would have ruled that out for Collo being in the keeper's line of sight, IMO.

5 goals given, of which only 2, IMO should have stood. 1-1.

No reason for the wrist slashers to be out and about but I fear that "social media" will be full of them.
Mostly agree with your appraisal. still them's the breaks as they say, a positive is that we are competing with the top sides in this division, a negative we haven't taken even a pt off them. But n the end, its the pts one takes off sides that will be in the relegation battle that counts.

The argument is, of course, that good/bad decisions balance out over the season. However, when points on the board for us are uppermost in our mind then it is an unpleasant pill to swallow when the officials appear regularly to have a DCFC blind spot.
Deffo need something from the next match or both players and fans will start to get twitchy!

It's true they do say that.

You just focus on the ones that go against you. Look at forest and their very vocal complaints about VAR, yet an end of season independent review showed they had actually got 4 points more over the season through wrong VAR decisions.

We all do it. Had we won yesterday through similar decisions we'd just argue ah well we have enough that go against its so it's ok.

Many a ref would have disallowed CBT's goal for Collo being in an offside position and in the keeper's line of sight and VAR would certainly have had a look at it. The Norwich Manager has said he thinks it should have been disallowed. On their 2 dodgy goals... he said he hadn't seen the video back yet but, in any case, he thinks we should always support the officials

Amazing how he's missed the video on both of their dodgy goals but hast studied our second (and result irrelevant) second in detail!

I've seen goals like ours allowed though. Personally I think if you are offside you are offside regardless of this interference rule.
