... if anyone deluded themselves into thinking that we live in a democracy, this is further evidence that, for decades, we live in a dictatorship with a hard core/handful of power struck idiots aided and abetted by a multitued of self-serving controllers at all levels who will never give up
the power of their own little empires. It's the UK version of communism - absolute control; and we can do f-all about it.
Our tin pot 'government' plays about with eveyone else's money; it's peanuts compared to what goes on on the world stage. With covid control fading, the current stick is the climate change nonsense ... trying to frighten everyone into moving in a their desired direction. The efforts of the climate change scientists to rape governments of our £££'s mirrors that of big pharma conning every government daft enough to listen re covid.
The combined efforts of the mob to control climate are as great as the length of a knats c.ck being waved about in a hurricane when compared to what the effect of the sun will have at some time in the future. Ssk the scientists about that ...
I have to agree....
No one denies that there is climate change, it's a natural phenomena. The problem is that we are being taxed to prevent it from happening - which is impossible. It's just another area of wealth distribution.
Global warming (as it used to be called before those at the top didn't think it sounded scary enough) was a god send for those trying to think up ideas for taking more money from us.
Where's your evidence?
How about El Niño - did that begin with the Industrial Revolution?
Just to confirm, you're saying that there was NO climate change before then?
I know the Luddite movement originated in Nottingham, but I didn't know that there were still some of the Luddites alive!
... for context and in case you don't know, 0.042% is the amount of CO2 in the earth's atmosphere. If anyone thinks that man made C02 makes any impression on climate atmoshere they are truly conned by the money grabbing scientists and thick politicians.
No, not saying that - I said it 'took off' then meaning suddenly increased, here's a few sources:

The Chagossians are understandably upset at the lack of consultation, but it isn't like they were better off under British rule than they will be under Mauritius. Quite the opposite.
Also Mauritius is far closer to India - who it let open a base - than it is China (India's rival and occasional enemy).
Both the US and India wanted this to happen, it appears.
