    Movies This Year

So..in response to the is it me thread, surely movies are are something we can discuss.

    To start...

Recently watched a film called Arthur the king with Mark Wahlberg.

Based on a true story and yeah made me very emotional, a solid 8 out 10 from me.

    Any films anyone recommends?

I’ll check that one out Sith

Last film I watched all the way through (after a recommendation from a fellow Ram) was Sasquatch Sunset. Utterly crackers, like Planet of the apes meets life on earth. 1/10

Ok try the one before that: ‘Buried’ starring Ryan Reynolds in fact only featuring Ryan Reynolds. Utterly gripping IMO and as it happens playing on one of my two phobias

I've never heard of that but it looks good, not a very Ryan Reynolds role by the look of it. Definitely will take a look. Probably not similar but made me think of a very good 90s movie called 'The Vanishing' which was excellent from memory.

I did last week watch Reynolds in deadpool and wolverine which was good fun but

I’m useless with actor names, my wife had to tell me who Ryan Reynolds was

Isn't he the bloke who invested in Wrexham? I wouldn't know one actor from another either: last time I went to a cinema Gordon Brown was PM and Luton were relegated from the football league

Not been to the cinema this year, at all.

Watched 3 of the John Wick "franchise" on TV a couple of months back. #4 is in the cinema, apparently, we're waiting for that to hit our TV screens and #5 is planned.

John Wick 4 has been and done in cinema, we went to see it, it's on Netflix I think now.

Looking forward to seeing Ballerina which takes place between 3 and 4.
