Romared Match Thoughts Barnsley v Wigan Athletic

Never beaten Wigan at Oakwell and our first game against them was in 1978 and we've had a few since then .

No reason why that can't end tomorrow afternoon if we play as well as we have since the Huddersfield debacle .

Wigan have arguably the best keeper in the league who keeps clean sheets for fun so hopefully if and when opportunities present their selves we are more clinical than we were at Cambridge , whilst I always hope for a win I fear it might be a share of the spoils for the reds !!!!

Wigan are currently on poor form. 5 matches bart a win. Let's put them to the sword.

Their anger at our club for calling out their misdemeanours will no doubt rumble on…… didn’t get either club far really in the long run…. It’s a fake nastiness really.

Now then…. Imagine if the authorities really meant business….

But punishment wont happen to City……. Even if they are guilty as chuff.

We have always been the ideal opponents to end a club's bad run and kick start their season.

I am told the grounds-person-- "Chief Surface Resources Officer" in the new structure--has already got the sprinklers on.

Is the outdoor Fan Zone on today?
