Had my time, got nothing but criticism from all quarters and started to fall out of love with the game in general and club in particular. Somebody else's turn now. I would however shout up at a meeting if something was worth shouting.

I've given Islay a plenty chances, he just never delivers. If that's what Islay considers to be 'a bombshell' I despair because it will make zero difference to Dee4Life. Sadly I believe it's the only drum he has to beat.

OK. I am hopeful that Dee4life will find a role that allows it to support our club. They seem to get a bad press for stuff that happened in the past. Can't we just put that behind us and help them to move forward, and help them find a role that helps our club?

Is it not the way that they have tried to carry out the wishes of those who attend their AGMs etc, that gives rise to criticism?

Fool me once, fool me twice as they say.

As I recall Scott Glenday saying at that meeting " we have been talking about same thing for years and will be talking about the same thing next year and the next and the next."

I have heard that the Dee4life membership has fallen by over 200 members which equates to over two thousand pound of annual income.
Dee4life needs a strong membership because John Nelms thinks that the DSA have between 5,500 and 6,000 members.

I was at the same meeting as you where the Dee4life board of directors said that they were going to hold John Nelms’s feet to fire to get things done.
I have previously posted that the Dee4life board of directors had the opportunity to have their Primary representative put forward to be elected under the Dundee Football Club Limited Articles of Association to the DFC Ltd board of directors a majority of them ‘bottled it’ preferring to try to have meaningful dialogue with John Nelms. As you previously posted “You cannot speak to a deaf mute”.

Until Tim Keyes stops bankrolling Dundee Football Club and Admin 3 beckons.

And that will be a bombshell to the people who run the thing? I suspect, if it's true, that they'll already know.

    Any bombshells?
