Can't argue with that against it has to be said a real ramshackle Peterborough outfit , haven't they gone downhill from the last two season's ? .

You can only beat what's in front of you which we did comfortably so fair play to the players and staff for back to back away wins coming off the Orient debacle .

Some smart January recruitment needed though in my opinion before I'm convinced a play off place is guaranteed .

Some fresh blood without carrying any home form baggage might see Oakwell becoming a source of points .

That would be my logic plus of course adding some balance to the squad such as another LWB .

Not for me Cotter but at least he's willing .

Happy with the win although we were not tested by a Posh side that were all over the place, even their coaching staff looked to be clutching at straws at the least little thing.
Job done now over to the recruitment staff !!

Great result today lads. Dint see game unfortunately but I'm well pleased with the response after Orient which was the low point of our seaon.

This is us though this season isn't it. We get good away wins- we have 8 away wins now which is a superb effort. The fans get optimistic then we go back to Oakwell and fail to build on it which has proved to be very frustrating.

I think the Wrexham home game is a good starting point to fix this dreadful home form .

Wrexham will be well backed and hopefully the atmosphere in the home stands will be responsive , we are going in to the game as underdogs in my opinion which is something historically we like .

I expect Wrexham to be on the front foot which again suits us .

In my opinion it's the perfect game to get this home monkey off our backs and there's much to take from the game if we can grab the three points .

New Year , new optimism .

Some good points there Animal. Wrexham is a great opportunity for our players to properly lift morale at Oakwell. We more than matched them at their place and were unfortunate to not get something in north Wales that night. As you say, they will be backed by a large and vociferous away following, but looking into Wrexhams away form, they do keep it tight. They don't score many, but don't concede many either. Their position in the league is down to their home record which is top notch.

Good performance and another good away result.

Peterborough looked a shadow of their former selves.

2 home games now and after seeing us perform well in these 2 away games, no excuses in these upcoming home games.

Posh chickens finally coming home to roost.

Again sold best strikers but, unusually for Posh, not found the next band of replacements.

It could happen to other Third Division clubs.

Looking at the New Year's day weather forecast, I'm not sure whether this one will go ahead which would be a shame having now hit a bit of form.
