    Pep and City

Seen today it has come out that Pep and his wife of 30 years are splitting up.

Have to wonder how much of an impact that has had on him, to transmit to the team/squad.

With that knowledge, you can well image he's been half-hearted at training or pushing players or being the usual coach he is.

And why he's been getting so stressed over the football, I'd guess and say he's beein transfering his marriage stress to that and that has caused the manical scratching of his head etc.

Wonder if the new contract signing was actually because he knew she was planning on leaving and he felt he needed the consistency of a coaching/managerial role after it happened. Or was him signing it the tipping point for her.

I feel sorry for him. He's looked lost these last few months. He looks tired.

He's one of the very few opposition managers that you can have total respect for. I hope he comes through it all.

    Have they.

    Wasn't aware of that.

Maybe he always thought they'd get back together then.
