    Clickbaitland seems to be pointing towards ?10M to ?12M with no loan back as BHA need cover NOW, not next August. They're quite probably guessing at the value but I think they're spot on with the 2nd part.

    ?15 million and a loan back is what I'm hearing are Derby's demands, however, if they have a target player that they could bring in now they would sell with no loan back. Clowes has to weigh up how ?10 million + could help the club finances and improving the squad against the impact of not replacing Cashin and the financial impact of relegation.

    Or just possibly it would enable him to pay Warne off?
