    That said regardless of the ultra dissecting of his subs when we don?t win on the whole I think we are a lot more balanced and the team on the whole seem to be running throughh brick walls for him. If we had played like this season under LW I?m pretty sure he would be getting a lot more praise than SM.
    If only LW and SM had a bit more nous when it came to tactical subbing they would each be managing clubs in higher leagues. Tactical subbing can win a game or lose it and not many managers can start off managing knowing how to do it - EXPERIENCE! - and lacking that can lose a... er... manager... his job... managing.
