He has a family to support just like a lot of people and it's a job. So if the opportunity to work closer to home with more money comes up why not take it?

Because he is on triple his wages and he'll get a pay off.

What league is he ready for? He's tried League 2 and did OK but his last couple of months with us was on a downturn. Tried League 1 with Swindon and failed spectacularly, Tried the Championship and failed....Tried the National League and did well so maybe that's his level.

Don't get me wrong he was just what we needed to get bacl to the EFL. The same as Cotterill was to get us promoted, a case of the right manager for the players we had.

I don't know. I thought he did fine in L2 for us. Yeah things tailed off a bit at the end but almost none of us were expecting back to back promotions. With that defence? Forget it.

If I owned a L2 club I would consider him an option for sure. L1? I don't know, maybe. Championship was a bit of a stretch but can't blame him for taking it on.
