Their tails are up now. Could be a long second half.

Need to see goals again but thought Doohan could have done better.

Celtic v Aberdeen is the most pointless fixture in the whole of football.

We would be better off just forfeiting this fixture every season and save everyone the bother of playing it.

Good job its a loan. No way we are signing that surely.
I wouldn't be so sure of that.

Jimmy clearly rates him and has started every game since signing.

It also hits the balance of the team as Topi is better on the left in my opinion and wasted on the right.

It would be easier if ten teams resigned from the league and started a new one.

    Leave the cheeks to it.

It’s what makes it worse. A poor loanee taking a space is bad enough but his inclusion impacts two positions.
Like you I also wouldn’t be surprised if Thelin wants him next season.

Turned off after the 2nd, if ever there is a team that shoots themselves in the feet, especially against Celtic, then it's us every time. We could literally have 20 chances and score none and they'd go up the park and score and not one person would be surprised.

Why Jimmy went with Shinnie and Doohan for this one I have no idea, Shinnie was instrumental in our poor form and we get back to winning ways with him out the team and what do you know, we are a shambles. If he is still here next year I would be massively surprised, he'll be player manager of Caley or similar level team I reckon.

Just said similar elsewhere. Absolute waste of everyones time this game.

Seriously, WTF though, even for us.

Missed chances & just giving away goals. The absolute blue print of what not to do.

Switched off now, lifes too short to waste on this game.

If Jimmy still rates Okkels after what hes shown at AFC so far, then ill have to start doubting his judgement.

Shinnie was also instrumental in our winning run.

Aye his passing has been slack the night but he’s still got a squad role to play IMO.

Horses for courses but when you need someone to drag us over the line he’s still the guy.

Not his fault we still have a misfiring midfield. All our players too samey.

Sounds silly given our glut of midfielders but a ball carrying midfielder has to be our priority next season. Somebody who want to run with the ba rather than pass it off all the time.
Of course I’ve been saying that for what feels like forever now…

We need a ball playing number 10 type, and more legs in midfield definitely. If we can combine the two, even better.

For me, and looking to the future, then Shinnie doesn't even make it as a squad player. It's comical actually that he's still the captain when he shows no traits that I'd have in a captain.

This isn't a "blame Shinnie for this defeat" rant that I'm on but rather highlighting the fact that we've dug ourselves out of the worst run in our history and Shinnie was benched for the past few games. He is like a deer in the headlights in this fixture and we need calm heads the most when Celtic are piling the pressure on. The amount of "fouls" that he wins has passed the point of being funny now, he goes down when he should be standing tall as a captain and as I said for me it's got to be his last season with us.

I wouldn't be surprised if he's benched for the next game and that will be a massive statement by Jimmy if he is.
