I forget how beautiful they are. Don't know why but mum and gran only cooked them a couple days a year when we fastest aT EASTER TIME.
traditions have changed from 40 days to 2 so on.
So easy to make i regularly eat them when I remember. Can of lentils fresh is better but who does in pot with the fluid it comes in add salt black pepper, quarter of a cup of white vinegar and same olive oil add 2 or 3 vine leaves and stir regularly for ten minutes.
