I think Evans is a joke. A fraud. A blagger. Antiquated.

I think Rooney is the best English footballer in 30 years.

But...

Evo's never had a win % below 31.5% in ten different jobs. Rooney has never gone above 28.2%. Evans is a turd that won't flush, but as a manager, Rooney has never proven to be even at that level.

There is no debate on their respective standing as a player, or as a manager.

Rumour has it he's Salford bound as his old team mates want him to take over as Manager. That's about his true level or, maybe I'm wrong in that it may be too hard for him there to handle.

Don't know how rich he is but what about this scenario, Rooney buys RUFC through a consortium and his own cash input and makes himself Manager, would anyone accept him them having seen Tony move on?
