Probably doing what every club does: counts tickets sold whether someone used it or not.![]()
That was the crowd including all the season ticket holders that didn't attend
The actual attendance was around 7k
Was the Derry full? That holds 1800
Then add what was in the Cox and your half of main stand (not much)
Plus the 4100-4200 away fans
7 to 7.5k if being generous
Shedka why does this take up so much room in your head? , you don’t see Celtic and rangers , or hearts and Hibs have crowd dabates , United fans but mostly you to be fair are constantly at it , now is it because with 5 trophies each it’s the only thing that you have on us , and will you stop this attendance cr3p if and when you win a 6 trophy?
Not that you are bothered but as we have 2 Scottish Cups we are ranked above the fun in the Scottish major honours list, 15 years now since that beautiful day at Hampden, a 6th trophy would keep us there outright of course
It doesn't take up much room, a very tiny bit of room, didn't take much brain power to see all the empty seats last night, so so many, must be worrying
And yes crowd debates go on regular on jambos kickback, hibs net, huddle board and follow follow
I didn't really take a notice on crowds until the bonetti era when you suddenly jumped from averaging 3k to 7k in a couple years and your fans on here and next door (back in the rivals forums just before footy came on the scene) were obsessed with crowd debates all the time then after 2005 it wasn't for you, disappeared like sna aff a dyke, ironically
You dont need to contribute to this thread feel free to gtf anytime, it's for Utd fans to discuss and laugh at the fun
Not really embarrassing as your bottom six status was confirmed and our top six status all but confirmed
I'd say more embarrassing is you not selling out your derby allocation, then having a tin pot looking support on TV for a Saturday evening game
You clearly don’t pay attention, the fact there was empty seats at the derby was uniteds fault , we had to buy tickets through United , and United had sold out when Dees were trying to buy tickets including myself , I tried to get a ticket the day before the game but the United site said sold out , and as Gunboat says , FACT
Would never have sold out those gaps anyway, not enough deemand
Derry wasn't full against sevco either I'm reliably informed, to go along with the swathes of seats in the other two areas visible on the telly
