It will be interesting to see if he starts tomorrow.

Maynard has spent all season talking about the squad and how important it will be. Slocombe has kept three clean sheets from his three games and 80 minutes since Bass? injury.

Slocombe is obviously an excellent pro, but Miller being put straight in tomorrow night could put a dent in his outlook and the messaging we have heard all season. It may not. But there is a possibility.

I think Slocombe will start tomorrow and if Millers signing pushes him on to perform to a high level, then brilliant.

If he performs well I can see Miller signing for someone else for better money and maybe nearer London.

We will not know if he is a good signing until he has actually played for us. I remember many on here saying Stone was a good signing, and look how he turned out...
