Totally agree. Don't mind him so much as a squad player but need a replacement for him for our starting eleven next season. Unsure whether Taylor could fill the role. Bartley, Furlong and Styles should not be near our back four next year. Styles is not a defender and should be utilised in front of the back four next year in a position that Mowatt takes up at the moment.

Not too dis-similar to Furlong as both are better going forward than in their defensive play. Guess, in some ways it is down to what is expected from full backs these days.
Styles has certainly made more than a few defensive errors today but as he has just scored his second to put us 5-1 up I suppose I might forgive him 😁
