The sending off may put fire in the bellies for next Saturday
Austin shouldn't have been started/kept on. That's on the coach.
Jatta has been gamed out of L2. Seen it coming for a month or so, he's getting more and more frustrated by the dark arts, less and less focused on his game - and Notts haven't helped. You can see the difference in how he responds to through balls vs balls to his head/chest/back to goal. AJ needs some serious head work.
Ultimately, Wimbledon did Wimbledon, the ref did Div 4 refs, and no one was surprised by the outcome.
It's fair to say that I've been moaning about us not having the rub of the green/rub of the ref for a while now. Today every free ball landed at a womble foot, every bounce went their way, and they are allowed to straight arm Platt off challenging in our penalty area for their goal, and to pull Jatta's shirt off his back whenever they feel like it.
Maynard: sometimes I'd rather be lucky than good, don't think he's that great at either.
Lost the final 4 games at home. That's shoddy work isn't it. Jake Reeves showed Palmer how it should be done tonight.
It would help if we played a winger on the other wing from Jody. Quite frankly Austin and Gordon are no threat and bring nothing defensively.
Why Jarvis didn?t play from the start I have no idea.
Now we have no one to put away crosses, but since he will probably drop Jody and play Gordon and Austin it won?t matter anyway.
It?s sad but turned out as expected, who?s wasting there time going down to south London?
