Yes Squirt, last season we were the highest in renewal prices. The fans will be looking to see what amount TS is going to support MH with.

Last season there was the return of Evans and some rapid signings that gingered things up but this close season is so far very quiet
Surely last season also taught us signing every player under the sun in the first week of July wasn't the right approach?

The window needs to be busy, but it doesn't need to be loud.

Not being a season ticket holder, I don't have strong feelings on the proposed increases.

My only comment is that I think we can do much better than this in the way we communicate as a club. Much of the release is poorly written; some of it reads like a bad German translation. The sentiments used to attempt to rally us around the club and its one hundred years of existence are just awkwardly expressed and, in places, border on the juvenile.

Given that much of what is written in the match program and press releases is of a fairly decent standard, this is disappointing.

CT, yes the composition comes across as very softly softly, too nice and gooey. Just be straight naming particular price increases and the reasons for doing so. They are addressing predominantly Yorkshire folk, we like it straight with no bull

Supporting a football club without a mission is madness. What's the real plan for next season?
We are in May for freaks sake and RUFC want supporters to buy a ST long before next season's kick off!!
Many loyal supporters aren't able to afford the increase in the cost of a ticket. Dress it up all you like but I'll be making good use of the money that I'll not be spending on a new season ticket.
Look what happened last season on the back of bringing back SE and PR. Increased sales of STs followed by disappointment and disillusionment for many supporters.

RUFC can keep my ST. I'll not be renewing any time soon.
    Rant over.

Work out how much you pay for a game. Then ask yourself what that saved money will buy you per fortnight. Eg how many pints of beer. Not much really

Spud think yourself lucky you are not an Owls fan.

In order to beat the price increase for this coming season they had to buy theirs last December

You could see how it goes and get a half-season ticket.

I thought you could only buy those when half the season is gone, not in anticipation of jacking it in half way through?
