I wouldnt call letting our most creative attacking midfielder go plus not replacimg him and leaving the head coach with no help as astute.

In the context of what ncfcog is speaking about it makes sense, why replace a load of coaches if in 4 months you are going to get rid anyway. Why keep DC who is stinking the place out when you can get 400k to use in the summer. Replacing any player in Jan at this level is hard never mind someone of that quality (the owners picked DC out of nowhere on a free 2 summers before btw).

I appreciate some of these decisions are massively big picture, but if we go up next season then there can be no argument.

Decisive action from the owners, and as a board we have got what the majority of us wanted. Feels like a big moment now though, this next appointment needs to show that a lesson has been learned, how will we all feel if we get another unproven/U23 yes man coach?
