I'm inclined to agree. He's not had a great time at Blackpool and is definitely on the decline. That's two more spaces in an already bloated squad taken up today and I'm not sure it has improved us. I do not believe I have never seen Norburn player so will not judge him until I see him play at least half a dozen games or so.
It would be surprisingly if he was not the decline at 32. How he got on at Wigan would be interesting to hear.
I would be absolutely shocked if he is not better than an Edwards or Robertson or a Hinchy. If he is better than one or more of them than he will be an improvement to the squad . Low expectation lowers potential disappointment.
