Is it not an under 19 league now with older players allowed to take part.
A bit more like a reserve set up.

I think it all supposedly ties in with the bigger changes announced by the SFA a few weeks back.

Didn't know he was Assistant Manager to McNeil.

    Luggy. Top man.

McNeill and Clark deserve more credit than they get. They took us to runners-up in the league and cup, signed Archibald and Strachan, and left a pretty heathy squad on to which Ferguson sprinkled the fairy dust.

Some dodgy refereeing on behalf of the dead bashtards that season denied us the title.

    25 February 1978.

The filth won the league by two points more than us, the number neither deducted from them nor the number they may have dropped had their beasts not taken over the pitch, intimidating the Motherwell players. They were fined a token sum. Sweep sweep sweep?.

    MOTHERWELL -VS- RANGERS

In a match at Fir Park in February 1978, Motherwell were up 2-0 and cruising thanks to goals from Vic Davidson and Jimmy O?Rourke. Obviously upset with how the game was panning out, a large portion of the visiting support invaded the pitch and refused to leave forcing the play to be halted and the players to leave the pitch. When play eventually resumed, the atmosphere had been altered significantly to the effect that Rangers and an inspired Derek Johnstone put five past ?Well goalkeeper Stuart Rennie to win comfortably. The SFA investigated the matter and incredibly, allowed the result to stand.

S.O.P. for the Huns back then.

Like cockroaches when the lights go out.

Apologies to cockroaches for the implication.

Aye I mind the huns invading the pitch from the Paddock around that time when they were 2 or 3 down hoping for the same effect. Just utterly rancid beings

Christmas Eve 1977. One lonely worthy in a long leather coat sprinted from the Beach End to join in the merriment at the King Street End, but was grabbed by Bobby Clark and hustled back into the crowd before the feds could get hold of him. Aberdeen 4 Scabby Supremacist Filth 0.

I always believed it was a game against us at Ibrox, that this happened.
I thought we lost the game and the league with it.

    Everyday is a schoolday
