Hopefully we don't follow the pattern of the last couple of years again...

I know we're all rolling our eyes and saying "Not us again" but as others have posted let's all wish a speedy recovery for Hamish as it must be a crushing blow for him as he was just looking to launch his L1 career. Thankfully he has youth on his side.
It?s sheeeite and we know it is !
Really psss poor at the mo
hope he has a speed recovery.
In todays game there are so many injuries I don't think you can have a squad less than 26 or 28 players even at L1. Now before you all jump and say it is limited to 22, no it is not. If you look at the EFL rules from last season, you can have a larger squad if you use U21s and loan players, remember the 22 doesn't include the goalkeepers so there are ways to have cover. Obviously the more players you have the more cost and that isn't helped when you have high cost individuals that don't contribute, so it will take time to create a squad that can be more balanced and cope with injuries that will happen. We have to change the way we think of squad building, in my view

We need something that?s been wanted since T/S took over,A NEW BLOODY TRAINING GROUND.A Professional League football club with a poor training ground not good enough. Many years ago I used watch them train at Wentworth Woodhouse.

A new training ground won't stop the players tripping over their dog! (Not saying that's what happened here but injuries come in more ways than one)
Roundwood seems to have caused a few injuries, wonder if it was built on the waste slag from the steelworks.
Pity they could not have continued at Hooten Roberts
