Lol. For a striker, his not built as a Central one, is he? I like the lad, and he doesn't shirk the issue. Aaronson might ask him how he stands on his feet and Lewin can ask him how he gets frees, then he can get heaps of penalties!

Not being grumpy and all good goals in their own different ways but not really as a result of what practised on the training ground
    .

What is practised and where Farke deserves some props is the defensive shape and solidity. Wolves tried to throw the kitchen at us second half and they stood up to it.

Defence certainly looks more solid than previous seasons.

nah, prior to Wolves Farke emphasised the need for effectiveness in front of goal during training sessions..... saying & extensively reported.....

......to be a bit more effective, and this was a major topic on the training ground, to bring the players in front of goal, to work on their decision-making in the box and their sharpness and also their confidence a little bit......

...... very well executed goals with good tactical movement on the pitch getting the best out of players available...... in my eyes.

Don?t really understand the Leeds curse of player fixation. We always seem to have a player that played regardless how poor they do. The only way to get them out of lineup is Injury. Kiko, Bamford, Roberts, Meslier and now Aaronson. Crazy who has sat behind these players until injured.

Yesterday, Gnonto and James were injured so, Aaronson plays on the right ahead of Harrison who plays on the left. I think if fully fit, Gnonto or James will start ahead of Aaronson on the right.
For those who like statistics (like me), yesterday was the first time in Leeds history that 3 players scored their 1st goal for the club in the same game. I imagine its a rare occurrence for any club.

Maybe be, but the Arsenal game says no. Our RB has many deficiencies, and the most dangerous part of our game vs the Wolves came from his side. He seems slow, but I guess he makes up for his attacking style. Our LB is good both ways. The other problem is Pat's slowness, who tends to grab shirts and grab them anywhere to slow them down, aka Cooper style. The new Keeper doesn't instill any confidence either, and Darlow is way better than him. Our strength is in midfield, and the strength of Sach and Longy. Let's not get carried away, as I'm sure soon enough we will be back in the doldrums. Just hope we survive, lose some more for free rinse and repeat.

Mrs O players are scared to take shots from distance. Last season, some of our best shots were from distance. The style of players trying to get as close as possible tends to give opposition heaps more time to adjust and bring players back. Our first goal most keepers had that covered as the Keeper was right there, Stach couldn't hit any closer lol. So was our goal, it was straight at him but he made up for it with some brilliant saves. The best goal was the third quick play; they had no time to change anything. Now that's how the best sides do it.

Cherry James hasn't been right since the end of last season. Something is not right. Yet they played him and Farkas on admission; he was on the bench because he was injured, so why on earth bring him on for 15 minutes or so?
