    Just had a three egger filled with chopped turkey ham and spinach and eaten with toasted sourdough bread. Really enjoyed it.

    Chorizo pieces, mushrooms, spinach and roasted red peppers. Served with some HP brown sauce mmmm

    Tomato, peppers, mushrooms and cheese - The secret is to cook one side in the pan while pulling the sides in the finish the top under the grill.

    Don't flip or roll it.
