The Dane in charge is probably a Trojan horse? Kosovo were the far better team in both games, and won deservedly on both occasions. Earlier this year we were beaten by Luxembourg too, a friendly, but still? We must change systems and sack Jon Dahl Tomasson. Urgently!
    He is sacked now! 🥳

He really had to go Thomas there was no way he was ever going to turn it around there are many clubs in the league whose owners know they have made a monumental mistake and all fans can see that, but their hubris gets in the way of sacking and let them stay far too long example was Bruce and Amorim hopefully this doesn?t include mason

Think the belief in the Nestor model will prevent any dramatic action. It will be terminal for Mason , Nestor eventually but while we wait we are going nowhere - mid table/top 10 but not as a promotion contender

Hello Thomas. I'm not overly familiar with the current Sweden squad. Is it suited to possession based football played out from the back with an emphasis on patient build up play combined with occasional fast transitions when opportunities present themselves as the opposition drops it's guard (falls asleep) ? Because if it isn't I think the Swedish FA might want to focus on one of their other candidates 🧐 .

Morning Dan?. So many clubs nowadays play that way, more or less, so quite a few of our players would be used to it. But, nowadays we do not have our most talented players at the back, quite the opposite, so we need someone and a formation to get the best out of that.

The ?man-man marking extremely high pressure few touches system? together with ?new players preferably in for them unfamiliar positions every game? utilized under JDT has been car crash material though.

In fairness given his time with Ostersund I can see why Potter would be linked to the Sweden job. It was a good time for them all be it their success under him was relative.

Rather than the bottom falling out when Potter left from what I've read it seems as though their skewiff approach to finances caught up with them.

He talks a good game and always comes across as a decent bloke from the outside looking in. How is Potter viewed generally in Sweden Thomas?

He is def held in high regard - the achievements with ?stersund (now trying to avoid negative play off from our second tier) were something extra. Especially considering size of club and town, (lack of) history and where in Sweden they come from. And the things you mention (talks a good game and a decent bloke) are often stressed.
